For Clients

  • Submit orders or service requests to you

Retention of Personal Data

What does Junction 10 disclose or share with other Third Parties?

Junction 10 may disclose or share the information it collects to third parties, where the information is provided to enable the third party to provide services to Junction 10, provided that the third party has at least the same level of privacy protection described in this Privacy policy. Third parties are permitted to use the information only for the purpose of providing services to Junction 10.

For Clients
Junction 10 shall in respect of all Personal Data:

  • take reasonable and appropriate procedural, technical and organisational measures to prevent unlawful disclosure, unauthorised processing of or accidental loss or damage to Personal Data
  • notify You, the Customer, upon the occurrence of any incident which results in, or is likely to result in, a breach by Junction 10 of its obligations under the Data Protection Laws, including any loss, theft, deletion, disclosure or corruption of Personal Data and/or any unauthorised use or access to Personal Data (a Security Incident)
  • provide all cooperation and information reasonably requested by You, the Customer, in respect of a Security Incident

Access to Personal Data

You may request updates to your information at any time, and may request deletion of your personal information from our servers and storage.

Your rights under General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have certain data protection rights. We aim to take all reasonable steps to allow you to correct, amend, delete, or limit the use of your Personal Data.

You have the following data protection rights:

  • To know what personal data we hold about you, and ensure it is correct and up to date
  • To request a copy of your personal data, or ask us to restrict processing of your personal data or to delete it
